    Hello Mark,

    Is the evidence you provided the City of Vancouver for their recent motion to the NEB (in regards to the Trans Mountain Expansion project) publicly available? In particular, I am interested in the numbers used to determine the "project would increase greenhouse gas emissions by 270 million tonnes during a 35-year period."

      Yes, it is filed with the National Energy Board and should be accessible. You can also contact legal counsel of the City of Vancouver.
